PadLX is a padel lifestyle and apparel brand.
Products sold on our website are fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party partners, including Inkthreadable, a print-on-demand provider based in the UK.
All purchases, shipping timelines, returns, and product specifications should be reviewed with these terms in mind.

By using our website or purchasing products, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Production

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
However, because PadLX uses print-on-demand services such as Inkthreadable, please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly between prints and screens.

  • Garments are produced individually after an order is placed; inventory is not pre-stocked.

  • Production times may vary based on demand, holidays, and Inkthreadable’s operational schedule.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Order Processing & Fulfilment

3.1 Print-on-Demand Partner: Inkthreadable

PadLX uses Inkthreadable for product printing, fulfilment, and packaging.
When you place an order:

  • Inkthreadable receives the order automatically,

  • Prints and prepares the items,

  • Ships them directly to you.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that Inkthreadable acts as our fulfilment provider.

3.2 Production Times

Typical production times: 2–5 business days.
These times are estimates and may change.

3.3 Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and Inkthreadable’s carriers.
Once an order has been shipped:

  • Delivery times are outside our direct control.

  • Tracking (where available) will be provided via email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on the website are in GBP.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors such as:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Squarespace Payments

We do not store or process your credit card details directly.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because PadLX uses print-on-demand production, products are made specifically for each customer at the time of purchase.

For this reason:

5.1 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer error

Please check sizing charts carefully before placing an order.

5.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with Inkthreadable to replace it.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If a package is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • We cannot offer free replacements or refunds.

  • You may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Inkthreadable’s shipping partners are used to deliver orders.
Once a package has been handed to the shipping provider, transit delays are outside our control.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details

  • Notify us of any unauthorised activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

PadLX is not responsible for their operations or performance.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted website operation

  • Error-free content

  • Exact colour reproduction

  • Accurate production or shipping timelines

All risks associated with using our website rest with the user.

12. Limitation of Liability

PadLX, including its owners, staff, and affiliates, is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Shipping delays or carrier errors

  • Losses caused by fulfilment partners like Inkthreadable

  • Customer errors (e.g., wrong size, wrong address)

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PadLX from any claim or demand arising from:
