Returns & Refunds

All PadLX™ items are made to order and printed especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we aim to keep our returns process simple, fair, and transparent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email support@padlx.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo showing the issue

Once we’ve reviewed the problem, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Size or Fit Issues

Because items are made to order, we recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, please still reach out. While we can’t always accept returns for sizing, we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.

Returns

In most cases we won’t require items to be returned. If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions when we respond to your request.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
