All PadLX items are made to order, printed especially for you.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Size or fit issues
As items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for size or fit. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
That said, if something isn’t right, please reach out — we’ll always aim to be fair.
Returns
We don’t usually require items to be returned. If a return is needed, we’ll let you know.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
