These Terms of Use govern your use of the PadLX Tournament app and website.

By using PadLX, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

PadLX Tournament is designed to help users organise and manage padel sessions.

You agree to:

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only

  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

2. Subscriptions (PadLX Pro)

PadLX offers an optional subscription:

  • PadLX Pro: £4.99 per month

  • Unlocks additional features such as unlimited players and courts

Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Managing Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

3. Free Tier

PadLX Standard is available free of charge with feature limitations.

4. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

PadLX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Interruptions to service

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design associated with PadLX are the property of PadLX.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
